As many as 20-thousand asylum seekers are expected to be affected by the Federal Government's decision to slash taxpayer-funded, free legal advice for those arriving by boat. Immigration Minister Scott Morrison says the changes to the Immigration Advice and Application Assistance Scheme will save the budget 100 million dollars.
