149 vulnerable refugees and asylum-seekers, among them Eritreans, were evacuated to safety in Rome in the midst of clashes and a worsening security condition in Tripoli, Libya. The others were Ethiopians, Sudanese and Somalis. According to the UNHCR 65 were children, of which 13 were under one year of age.
