Transitional military council calls for snap election in Sudan amid outcry on killings

More than 35 people are reported to have been killed in the latest crackdown on sit-in protesters at the military headquarters in Sudan. While the Transitional Military council calls for snap elections both the council and the protester claim that all political contacts and negotiations are cancelled.
