A dangerous weather system has smashed Australia's east coast

A dangerous weather system has smashed Australia's east coast, with millions warned the worst may not yet be over. Severe warnings remain in place for five states and territories, with the powerful cold front sweeping through the Nullarbor into much of New South Wales, Victoria's northern fringe, the ACT and south-east Queensland.
