There will be adrenaline pumping, anxiety filled matches among the six teams in coming days with a storm of sixes and fours, after the inauguration of the ceremony.
The six teams participating in this biggest event are Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans. There will be 34 nail-biting competitions among these six teams in 24 days, which will continue till the final that will be played on March 25 in Karachi. The team, which is led by former New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum, will be the first side to reach the country to participate in the tournament.
Defending champions Peshawar Zalmi reached the Emirates first, whereas last year’s finalist Quetta Gladiators, first edition’s champions Islamabad United and new comers Multan Sultan also landed in UAE.
