Victoria has moved closer to become the first state in Australia to legalise voluntary euthanasia. Dr Mohammad Bilal, a prominent medical practitioner from Sydney, explained in details the concept, legal aspects, and moral and ethical challenges related to the legalisation of Euthanasia.
