Aid groups push for gender equality in white paper

A number of Australian aid groups are calling for gender equality to be a key focus of the Federal Government's new policy document on foreign affairs.

It has been 14 years since the last foreign-policy white paper was released.

The new paper will be the third ever produced and will set out the framework for Australia's foreign policy over the next decade.
