Amnesty says Australia reducing critical health care at Manus

The human-rights organisation Amnesty International says the Australian government is reducing critical healthcare services at its offshore detention centre on Papua New Guinea's Manus Island. The accusation is part of a new Amnesty report into the healthcare services available in Australia's detention centres. It follows the introduction of a new health contractor earlier this month
