On the trip form Ha Noi to Gia Lai to visit their love one Tran Thi Nga who was convicted of spreading propaganda against the state and sentenced to 9 years in jail, Nga's husban, Luong Dan Ly and her two young sons has failed to meet her. The reason is that Nga refused to coporate with the prison so she can't allow to see her husban and sons as told by Mr Ly.
