Assad Government to blame for deadly chemical attack

The United Nations Security Council is holding hold two meetings today following an alleged deadly chemical attack in Syria. Nine of the 15 UN Security Council members have demanded the urgent session including the United States, which blames Syria and its ally, Russia, for the assault. Russia denies the use of chemical weapons and has called for a separate meeting to focus on what it says are "international threats to peace and security."
