Australia apologises to child sexual-abuse victims

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has delivered a national apology to the thousands of victims of child sexual abuse around the country.

Hundreds of victims were in Canberra to hear the speech, where Mr Morrison told victims they have now been believed and institutions have failed them.
