Australian security in the spotlight after London attack

The Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has promised to defeat and destroy terrorists in Australia, as security is stepped up at Parliament House in Canberra.

Mr Turnbull says the attack that left five people dead and injured dozens, including an Australian woman, was an attack on parliaments, freedom and democracy everywhere.
