Departing UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has rebuked leaders at the United Nations General Assembly for failing to tackle many of the world's problems.
Mr Ban singled out the ongoing conflict in Syria, offering some of the most stinging criticism of his tenure as head of the world body.
