BPSOS wants Red Flags Club listed as EPC

BPSOS, a Washington-based relief agency, is reporting that it is seeking to lobby the US government to see the "Red Flags Club" in Vietnam as an Entity of Particular Concern, or EPC due to terrorist acts targeted at certain Catholic communities in recent times.
