Brexit heads Queen's speech to open the UK parliament

At the start of a critical week in the Brexit process, the official state opening of Britain’s parliament has taken place, featuring the Queen’s Speech. It's traditional for the Monarch to announce a list of the government’s policies, this time including plans to leave the European Union on October 31st.
