China says training camps housing Uighurs are not permanent

In a rare public statement, China is indicating for the first time its camps in the country's northwest are not permanent. It's the first time China has allowed foreign journalists to ask questions about the controversial camps - the Chinese government says they are simply vocational training centres which will close when needed.
