Some dissidents in Saigon reached the place where they met the US State Department Mission at the invitation on the morning of May 13, 2019, to exchange ideas before the US-Vietnam human rights dialogue.
Among those who met the American delegation, Dr. Pham Chi Dung, chairman of the Independent Journalists' Association, told Phan Bach about Dr. Nguyen Dan Que's home meeting in Saigon.
