Court rejects deportation fear Vietnamese woman appeal

The Federal Court in Melbourne has turned down the refugee visa application of Huyen Tran - a mother of 6 month old baby. She and her baby have been in the detention center for almost a year, but now she could be deported any time and separated with her baby.
