Culturally diverse electorates could play key role

Electorates which are culturally diverse are poised to play a key role in determining the outcome of the election.


That is because they are often the most  marginal  seats as well, with candidates forced to pay  particular attention to  language barriers, and a wide range of issues important to migrant communities.
