Iran, Russia and Turkey are to combine to enforce a ceasefire in Syria, under a deal reached in peace negotiations in Kazakhstan.


While the two-day talks have been hailed a success in going some way to ending the six-year conflict, tensions between the warring parties remain entrenched.
