Don Dale disturbance triggers outcry from rights groups

A violent disturbance at Darwin's Don Dale detention centre has sparked strong criticism of government efforts to fix the Northern Territory's youth-justice system. Rights groups say they want more done to help the children. But they also want answers to why the centre was not already closed after a royal commission uncovered disturbing evidence of abuse and called for its closure.
