Egypt's ousted president Mohammed Morsi dead after collapsing in court

Egypt's former President, Mohammed Morsi, who was ousted by the military in 2013, has collapsed in a courtroom and died. Mr Morsi was a top official in the now-banned Islamist movement, the Muslim Brotherhood.
