Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan has addressed his parliament about the murder of Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi after promising to reveal what he called the "naked truth." But the speech turned out be as much about what he did not say as what he did say. Why does Mr Erdogan appear to be only revealing what Turkey knows one piece at a time?
