United Nations human rights investigators have accused Eritrean officials of crimes against humanity including torture, rape, murder and the enslaving thousands of people.
The UN Commission of Inquiry found atrocities had been committed since the country gained independence from Ethiopia in 1991 and are continuing.
But the Eritrean government has dismissed the report as laughable.
