Campaigners and researchers say ethnic minorities in Britain are more likely to vote to remain in the European Union and could sway today's (thur) E-U referendum result.


But it is not compulsory to vote in Britain, and there are concerns ethnic minorities are less likely to turn up to the polls to vote.
