Europe unwilling to take back IS fighters

U.S. President Donald Trump's call to repatriate European citizens who joined IS has met with opposition from a number of nations. Mr Trump says they should be repatriated - but the Europeans say they are still seeking a way to safely deal with those in detention in Syria.
