Fears for health of child asylum seekers detained in Melbourne

The Victorian children's commissioner has begun negotiations to gain access to a Melbourne immigration detention centre to inspect conditions for child detainees. Access to medical treatment is under the spotlight after a photo emerged showing the decaying teeth of a two-year-old Tamil child reportedly refused dental treatment.
