Federal government condemns new Uighur vision

Foreign Minister Marise Payne has condemned new vision which has surfaced online appearing to showi Uighur Muslims blindfolded and shackled. It comes as the United States' top diplomat, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, asks Central Asian nations to reject Chinese demands to repatriate the community because they face repression.
