The man accused of mowing down pedestrians in central Melbourne has been charged with eighteen counts of attempted murder. Saeed Noori has appeared in the Melbourne Magistrate's Court. Police allege he deliberately drove his car through a busy CBD crossing with the intention of killing or causing serious injury to as many people as possible.
