Former prisoner of conscience Pham Thanh Nghien harassed in her home town Hai Phong

Former prisoner of conscience Pham Thanh Nghi called for help as she and her husband, a former TNL Huynh Anh Tu and their 14 months daughter have been harassed and besieged by local authoritieson the trip visiting her relatives in Hai Phong. From Hai Phong, Pham Thanh Nghien contacted SBS saying that all of her family members were monitored, Huynh Anh Tu was imprisoned in the house, and she was in the hospital with her daughter because of her lung severe inflammation. The former prisoner of conscience who went to prison for 4 years because in house the resistance putting up the banner "The Spratly Islands is of Vietnam" is very worried about the safety for her family.
