French authorities are evacuating (mon) residents of a temporary camp housing asylum seekers in the port city of Calais ahead of its scheduled demolition.
Around 6,000 people from the so-called "Jungle" camp will be relocated to temporary centres around the country.
Among them are over 1,000 unaccompanied children.
Britain has begun accepting some of the children under an agreement that allows vulnerable minors without a connection to the U-K to be resettled there.
