Germany continues to express distrust in US, Trump

German politicians have roundly criticised United States president Donald Trump.

It comes after Chancellor Angela Merkel originally warned world leaders Europe could no longer rely on the United States and Britain.

And Mr Trump is facing increasing challenges at the same time on his home soil.
