Since 2008, BPSOS has been quietly assisting struggling victims or prisoners in Vietnam with the prioritized application of international organizations for their contributions to their work.
BPSOS also wants to attract international organizations interested in human rights abuses in Vietnam. In the past 12 months, BPSOS has donated $ 180,000 to struggling victims.
