It was previously known that the authorities have forbidden the non-State Church to hold the ceremony and if disobedience will take full responsibility. Mr. Ha Van Duy Ho, President of The Purity Hoa Hao Buddhism Chapter in An Giang province told SBS Vietnamese that he still decides to do the ceremony.
