It was the railway built by prisoners of war to supply Japanese forces during World War Two.


The 16th of October marks 75 years since the Thai-Burma railway and its so-called ‘Hellfire Pass’ was completed – and the memories of the tens of thousands of P-O-Ws who perished during its construction will be honored.
