Indigenous issues rule parliament amid mixed results on Gap targets

Recognition of Indigenous Australians in the Constitution, Labor plans to compensate victims of the Stolen Generations and a summit on child removal have dominated federal parliament. The proposals come as Australia learned only three out of seven Closing The Gap targets are on track.
