Indonesia is poised to criminalise same-sex relations and extramarital sex as part of an overhaul of the country's criminal code.


The proposed changes are causing major concerns among LGBTI communities, who say they already languish in the fringes of society.

They fear if the laws pass, it will give authorities further means to discriminate.
