The Iraqi prime minister has promised revenge on the self-proclaimed Islamic State, or I-S, after a chemical attack that killed a three-year-old girl.
An estimated 600 people were also injured when rockets carrying chlorine gas hit the town of Taza, close to northern Kirkuk province.
It comes days after the United States announced it had captured the I-S chemical-weapons chief.
