Israel blames IS for deadly truck attack

Israeli authorities have blamed the so-called Islamic State group for a Jerusalem truck attack that's killed four soldiers and wounded at least 15.

Visiting the scene, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said the Palestinian driver - shot dead during the incident - was a likely I-S supporter.
