Julian Assange faces nearly a year in jail

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been sentenced to almost a year’s jail for breaching his bail conditions. He spent nearly seven years in London’s Ecuadorian Embassy, as he sought to avoid extradition to Sweden, where he was wanted for questioning over sexual assault allegations.
