A state funeral may be offered for former Queensland senator Lady Flo Bjelke-Petersen, widow of the state's longest-serving premier, Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen. She has died at the age of 97, just weeks after expressing hope that, one day, she would see her late husband's reputation restored.
