The latest round of Syrian peace talks in Geneva have wrapped up on a positive note, but without any major breakthrough.

The UN's Special envoy for Syria says he hopes to hold fresh talks later this month, with a clear agenda for a political solution.

Meanwhile the United Nations has expressed their shock at reports of the use of chemical weapons in the Iraqi city of Mosul.

At least 12 people are believed to have been affected by the agents, including women and children.
