Christmas, New Year or long school holiday can be a joyful days to manyfamilies but for those who are separated this periods can be a tension time in accessing, seeing, spending time and communicating with their offsprings. Sadly these situations do happen sometime espeically during this period like Christmas. In that case what should one do to seek assistance from the Family law Courts in order to limit the unnecessary damage that the kind of dispute between separated parents might have on their children, and on themselves as well.
