Law and You (116) Laws in relation to trees cutting or uprooting

Under Australian laws, trees within or around your property are not simply trees in your assesst rather there is legislation to ensure the green wolrd around us is protected, it is to enhance the environmental amenity, special landscape characteristics, unique vegetation qualities and ecological values. Killing or cutting a tree without granting permision would be a heavy fine to the lawbreaker.
