Law and You (121) Company car and diver's demerit points fined

It is quite popular that small businesses register their own cars under company names. While it can help them claim tax, financial loan, expenses back, it is worth to note that company cars may be fined higher than those of private car. Within 21 days after the Infringement Notice issued if the company fails to name the person responsible they will be fined a greater amount of penalty for not providing a nomination and still need to pay for offences and loose demerit points.
