A man died without a will. His wife sought to inherit the house which is the couple assets but on the paper the diseasedwas the sole owner. The Court refused to release the property to the wife saying that she might be remarried and that would affect the inheritance of which the two children whom she has with her late husband have from their deceased father. Another case is that a man made his will on which he leaves all his assets to his wife which makes her very happy. He then cancels the first will and did the second one to leave all the assets to his lover. Certainly, the lover was very pleased with his decision. After fooling the two women with his fake wills, he made the third will to leave his assets equally to them.
