Scott Morrison has arrived in Tuvalu for the Pacific Islands Forum, where he's entered a political storm around Australia's climate policies.


Mr Morrison is holding bilateral discussions with Vanuatu's leader, New Zealand's prime minister and other pacific leaders including Tuvalu's Enele Sopoaga.
