Papua New Guinea's highest court has reserved it's decision on a legal bid to reconnect of water and power to the former Australian detention centre on Manus Island.

About 600 refugees and asylum seekers are still refusing to leave over safety and welfare fears after it was officially closed last Tuesday and services disconnected.

With international media attention on the stand-off, one refugee has now also released a music video highlighting their plight.
