The Liberals are hoping for a second term in power in Tasmania as the state election approaches on Saturday, (march 3) while Labor is gambling its policy on poker machines will pay off.


The latest polling in the state, which has an unusual electoral system, suggests the Liberals will hold on, but a hung parliament is also a real possibility.
