Major parties launch state election campaign in Victoria

Victoria's major political parties have launched their campaigns ahead of the state election on November 24. The first-term Andrews Labor government made their pitch for re-election focusing on family and health, while the Liberals appealed to the hip-pockets of regional businesses.
